っといっても胃カメラがどうこうとかではないのでありまするが。
昨日、上階から水漏れが起きまして。これがかなりな大規模でー…
バケツ6杯くらい普通に漏れました。
天井直付けの照明のカバーからですら打たせ水のようにダーっと漏れる有様ですよ。
しかもうちで止まらずに下階にもかなりな量が水漏れしたらしい。
ただし量的にはともかく、水漏れした範囲はうちよりは全然ないのかな。
本日やってきた下階の旦那さんは、実は大工さんなのです。
彼曰く「きっと天袋の上に水がたまってるから水を抜かないとだめなのではないか」との事。
電動ドライバーとクラフトカッター持参で、うちの事もやってくれるつもりで来てくださったみたいです。
でも工具だけ借りることにして丁重にお断りいたしました。
だって散らかってるんだもん。結果的には相当な作業量になったので正解だったかもね。
さすがに人にやらせる作業量ではなかったので。
でも電動ドライバーの先につけるドリル借りておけばよかった、と後になって思うわけですが。
最初は天袋の配管工事用などのパネル？を外せば良いだけかと思っていたらそれだけでは収まらず。
結局天板に穴をあけて抜いてたわけです。
この水抜き。これが作業工程自体の割に中々曲者でして。
工程自体は、千枚通しで水がたまってるっぽいところに穴を開けて、水が出てきたらクラフトカッターと金槌で穴を広げて水を抜く…という、言葉にすると簡単。
問題はそれをやる場所ですよ。押入れとか物がいっぱいあるからそれをどかして（濡れてるから拭いたりもして）いざ穴を開けるっていっても天井側ですからね、力の入れ方やらなんやらもコツをつかむまではかなり大変、重労働。
ちょっとつついただけでドバーって出てくるケースもあるし。
わざわざそんなことしなくても大丈夫なんちゃう？と考えたかと思います。
私もそう思ってたんですよね。っていうか水抜きとか一般人にはまず発想が出てこないし。
ところがどっこい、さすが本職の言葉。ちょっとやってみただけで出るわ出るわ。
結局一日たった後なのに約4リットルは出てしまった。そんなに溜まってるとは思わんわ。
こりゃ普通に乾かそうとしてたらなかなか乾かない所かへたすりゃまた漏れ出すよね。
ま、水抜きは終わったのであとはこの天袋の修理とか水にぬれたものの始末とか保険会社の見積もりを呼ぶだとか修理するだとかあーもうめんどくさい。
そんなわけで久しぶりにタイトルの彼と再会したわけです。他にも原因がないとはいえないが。
お久しぶりです胃痛さん。積極的に会いたいとは思ってませんでした。まったく。ちっとも。これっぽっちも。
今度は胃カメラ前にお帰りくださいね？お願いだから。
余談ながら。屋根があって雨露をしのげるというのは素晴らしいってことを実感してしまった。
水漏れしてる時は家の中全体が降雨中みたいになってたからね。
