攻撃などの自分のモンスターへの指示は、主に画面右下のバトル用インターフェースを用いて行います。
『ＧＯ』を左クリック or ターゲットしている敵をもう一度左クリック
モンスターを敵に向かって移動させます。ターゲットしていないときに「行け！（ＧＯ）」を行うと、モンスターの近くの相手を自動でターゲットし、移動をはじめます。
※モンスターが「行け！（ＧＯ）」状態の時はブリーダーは移動できません。
『ＷＡＩＴ』を左クリック
モンスターをその場に停止させます。
『ＣＯＭＥ』を左クリック
モンスターを呼び寄せます。
各技アイコンをダブルクリック
各技のアイコンは左から右に向かって「近距離技」「中距離技」「遠距離技」です。
技の内容、効果はモンスターによって違います。技を発動すると技に応じてガッツを消費し、ガッツがなくなると「ガッツブレイク」が発生します。
ターゲットとモンスター間の距離を表示
「Ｅ」マークがターゲット、「Ｍ」がモンスターを表しターゲットとモンスターの間の距離を表します。「Ｍ」マークが左端の「Ｅ」に近づくほどターゲットとの距離が近く、「Ｍ」マークが右端に移動するほどターゲットとの距離が離れていることを示します。
また、メーターは直ぐ上に表示されている技アイコンの各技の有効範囲とリンクしています。
２つのスタンス
通常、ブリーダーはノーマルスタンスとなっています。
バトルスタンス（指示モード）に移行するには「行け！（ＧＯ）」、もしくは「技の発動」を行ってください。
バトルスタンスを解除するには、「おいで（ＣＯＭＥ）」を行ってください。
現在自分がバトルスタンスかどうかは画面上のエフェクトで確認することができます。
（足元からエフェクトが出ていると、バトルスタンスです。）
バトルスタンスの補足
バトルスタンス中はブリーダーを移動することができません。また、ガッツの回復も行われません。
ガッツがなくなった場合や、モンスターに近づかれたら「おいで（ＣＯＭＥ）」を選び、一度間合いを取ってください。
距離帯
ターゲットと適正な距離でないと技の効果は激減します。（なかなかあたらない、威力が下がる・・・など）
ターゲットとの距離に関しては、技アイコンの下にある距離帯メーターや、ターゲットカーソルの色で確認することができます。（カーソル色は「赤＝近距離」「黄＝中距離」「青＝遠距離」「白＝距離外」となります。）
モンスターとブリーダーの位置関係
モンスターがブリーダーより一定距離以上離れると、モンスターは勝手にブリーダーの元に戻ってこようとします。
この範囲はバトルスタンス中に表示される円状に回転している黄色い球体で分かります。
また、この範囲を越えている間、モンスターはブリーダーのいうことを聞きません。
状態変化
モンスターが「毒」になると徐々にライフが下がります。
モンスターが「マヒ」になると移動速度が下がります。
どちらもしばらくすると治ります。
ガッツブレイク
残りのガッツ量を越えて、「技」を使用すると、「ガッツブレイク」が発生します。
「ガッツブレイク」が発生するとガッツが回復するまでブリーダーは指示が出せません。
その間、モンスターは無防備になってしまいます。
キーボード説明
A ：近距離技の指示を出せます。 Ｚ ：「行け！」の指示を出せます。
S ：中距離技の指示を出せます。 Ｘ ：「待て！」の指示を出せます。
D ：遠距離技の指示を出せます。 Ｃ ：「おいで」の指示を出せます。
Ｖ ：カメラの視点をモンスターに切り替えられます、再度押せばブリーダーに戻ります。
B ：バトルモード視点に切り替えます。
Tab ：近くの対象から順にターゲットします。
Shiftを押しながらで逆回りの指定が可能となります。
Ctrl：Ctrlを押している間は地面をクリックしても移動しません。
